Delete your account

In the app

1. Open WodWiz and go to Profile → Settings.
2. Scroll to Danger zone at the bottom and tap it to open it.
3. Tap Delete account, then Delete to confirm.

If your gym is paused, the paused screen has Delete account too. On the web, sign in at app.wodwiz.com and use Settings the same way.

Without the app

Deleted the app, or can't sign in? Email hello@wodwiz.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm by email and delete it within 7 days. If you write from a different address, we'll check it's you first.

What's deleted

Deleting is permanent and can't be undone. It deletes your account, profile and photo, your results and notes (so they come off your gym's leaderboards), your lifts, PRs and goals, your PR board posts, the notes coaches kept about you, the people you blocked, and your feedback. Want to keep your results? Use Settings → Your data → Email me my results first.

What stays, and for how long

• Comments and cheers you left on other people's results, and things you posted for your gym (announcements, photos), stay for the gym but are no longer linked to you.
• Reports you made stay with us so we can finish acting on them, no longer linked to you.
• Our nightly backups are kept for about a week, so your data is gone from them a week after you delete it.
• Emails that were already sent stay in the inboxes they went to.
