Who we are
WodWiz (“we”, “us”) is an independent project, currently operated by an individual as a sole proprietorship. This policy covers the WodWiz marketing website (including the benchmark pages and the launch waitlist). You can reach us at hello@wodwiz.com.
What we collect
When you join the launch waitlist, we store:
- the email address you enter;
- a short label noting where on the site you signed up (for example, the header or the home page), so we understand what's working;
- the date and time you signed up.
That's all. We don't ask for your name, and we don't use analytics or advertising trackers on this site. To protect the form from abuse, our server may briefly process technical information such as your IP address, but we do not store it alongside your signup.
Why we collect it
A single reason: to notify you when WodWiz is ready, and to share occasional updates about that launch if you've asked to be kept in the loop. We rely on your consent — given when you submit the form — as the legal basis for this. Nothing more.
Who can see it, and who we share it with
Your email is not publicly visible and cannot be read by other visitors. We use two trusted service providers to run the site and store the list:
- Supabase — hosts the database where the waitlist is stored.
- Vercel — hosts and serves the website.
These providers process the data only to provide their services to us. We never sell your email address or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Cookies & tracking
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate traffic — which pages get visited and roughly how many people visit. It's cookieless: it doesn't track you across sites and doesn't tie page visits to your identity or your email address. It's entirely separate from the waitlist list above.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until the launch has run its course, or until you ask us to remove it — whichever comes first. Once the waitlist has served its purpose, we'll delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it at any time — just email hello@wodwiz.com. Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have additional rights over your personal data; we'll honor any valid request regardless of where you are.
Children
WodWiz isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has signed up, email us and we'll remove it.
Changes to this policy
If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. For anything significant that affects people already on the waitlist, we'll reach out directly.
