Post news and events, take signups, run challenges, and recognize your members.
Announcements
From your phone: Gym home → Post an announcement. It goes live right away and notifies everyone.
On the web, Announcements → New announcement also lets you schedule a post for later and choose when it stops showing. Every live post shows at the top of members' Today until it expires.
Events and signups
Give an announcement an event date, a time and a place, and switch on Ask people to sign up. Members answer Going, Maybe or Can't make it, and you can add a bring list (items people claim, or free-form). From the event you can Message everyone going and share or download the list.
Challenges
Create challenges on the web: Challenges → New challenge. Choose whether it's for the whole gym or each member, how progress is counted, a target and the dates. Members join in and log progress from the app.
Member of the Month and your own awards
Gym home → Give an award on your phone, or Recognition on the web. Pick a Member of the Month for any month, or give one of your gym's own awards.
Create new awards (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly or any time) on the web under Recognition → New award. Everything given lands in the Hall of fame, and past Members of the Month can be imported from a spreadsheet.
This week's summary
Gym home has a ready-written recap of the week: who trained, results logged, and PRs by name. Post it as an announcement (you can edit it first), or copy it into your newsletter.
