Your Logbook, lifts and goals
Your maxes, rep maxes and percentages, working weights, pinned numbers and goals.
The Logbook
The Logbook tab shows your last five weeks (gold for PR days), Your numbers, your Recent results and Your goals. Tap Full journal for everything, with filters for PRs and Rx. The search icon at the top searches your whole history.
Every lift has a page
Open a lift from Your numbers → Lifts. You'll see your max, labeled Tested 1RM when you actually lifted it or Estimated 1RM when it's worked out from a heavier set of reps, plus your Rep maxes, a Percentages table, your Progress and your History.
Tap the pin to keep a lift (or a benchmark) at the top of Your numbers.
Working weights
When your coach programs a lift as a percentage of your 1RM, your own weight shows up next to the sets, worked out from the lift history you've logged. No max for that lift yet? Log one and the weights fill in.
WodWiz would rather show nothing than a wrong number: if a max isn't known, or the prescription isn't clear, it leaves the weight blank.
Goals
On a lift's page, tap Set a goal. A lift goal tracks itself as you log and shows how far you have to go. You can also add a weight, reps or custom goal from Your goals in the Logbook, and mark one done when you hit it.
