Your privacy and your data
Who in your gym sees what, getting a copy of your results, and deleting your account.
Who sees what
What you log is shared with your gym and nobody outside it. Your results, name and photo are visible to everyone in your gym. Your goals, your email and when you last opened WodWiz are visible to your coaches and gym owner. The full list is in the app at Profile → Settings → Your data → Who sees what, and in our privacy policy.
WodWiz has no ads and no advertising or analytics trackers, and we never sell your data.
Get a copy of your results
Profile → Settings → Your data → Email me my results. We email you a spreadsheet of every result you've logged. On the web, it's Settings → Your data → Download my results.
Delete your account
- Profile → Settings, then scroll to Danger zone.
- Tap Delete account, then Delete to confirm.
That permanently deletes your account, your profile and photo, your results, notes, goals and PRs. It can't be undone, so email yourself your results first if you want to keep them. Comments and cheers you left on other people's results stay, without your name. The privacy policy has the details.
Can't get into the app? Email hello@wodwiz.com from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.
