Marguerita
50 reps each of five bodyweight movements — burpees, push-ups, jumping jacks, sit-ups, and handstands — done straight through in order for time.

Movements in this workout
Scaling
Scaled
25-35 rounds, kick-to-handstand against a wall or an inchworm in place of the handstand.
Beginner
20-25 rounds substituting a plank shoulder-tap pair for the handstand. The single-rep carousel format is pure practice — use it as exactly that.
The story
Fifty rounds of a five-movement bodyweight sequence done one rep at a time — burpee, push-up, jumping-jack, sit-up, handstand. Less a strength test than a coordination flywheel: the transitions are the workout. Part of CrossFit's original 'Girls' benchmark series — named workouts introduced by founder Greg Glassman starting in 2003, on the logic that anything that leaves you flat on your back deserves a name like a storm. They serve as repeatable fitness tests: revisit one every few months and the clock tells you whether you're fitter. First posted to CrossFit.com on 2014-01-15.
