Holleyman
Thirty rounds of a small descending combo — 5 wall-ball shots, 3 handstand push-ups, and 1 power clean — a far higher round count than a typical interval WOD, testing consistency over raw output per round.

Scaling
Scaled
20 rounds, 155/105 lb cleans, pike push-ups. The one-heavy-rep-per-round format is rare and worth keeping — it teaches arriving at a heavy bar breathing hard.
Beginner
10-15 rounds: 5 light wall-balls, 3 elevated push-ups, 1 moderate deadlift. Same metronome, humane dose.
The story
Honors Army Special Forces Sergeant First Class Aaron N. Holleyman, 27, killed in Khutayiah, Iraq, on August 30, 2004, when his vehicle struck an improvised explosive device. Thirty rounds of five wall-balls, three handstand push-ups, and one heavy power clean — a metronome of a workout.
